Booking Policy
*All bookings require a 20% prepayment to reserve your order. That prepayment is applied to your full payment upon completion of the booking. If no prepayment is taken it is at the sole discretion of Executive Livery Services.
*Any cancelations that are requested less than 12 hours before the start time of the reservation, OR order modifications of more than 1 hour from the original order, OR any no-show (a confirmed booking where no passengers show up) have a 20% penalty assessed.

Privacy Policy
By using Executive Livery Services, you understand that you may receive occasional text messages and emails for appointment reminders, responses to questions, notifications regarding your quote/order, or possible promotional information. Promotional text messages are very rare and may be opted out at any time by replying "Stop", sending an email, or calling/texting us directly. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for the purposes of marketing or promotion. All the above information exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties that are not directly contracted or assigned to provide a specific and individual ride service activity managed or conducted by that party.
